La cosa che più mi ha colpito è la sua incredibile fiducia in se stesso e positività!

Ha affermato più volte che ama la sua vita e se stesso! Non fa come molte persone che usano sempre delle scuse per tutto.
He has repeatedly said that he loves his life and himself! He doesn't do like many people who use always excuses for everything.

What can we learn from Sean?
Possiamo imparare che tutti dobbiamo essere grati per quello che abbiamo e soprattutto possiamo essere felici per quello che abbiamo su questa terra.
We can learn that we must all be grateful for what we have and above all we can be happy for what we have on this earth.
Dal nostro corpo, alla nostra famiglia, amici, le nostre idee ecc...

La gratitudine è un esercizio che dovrebbe essere fatto ogni giorno! Purtroppo pochi praticano la gratitudine.
Gratitude is an exercise that should be done every day! Unfortunately few practice gratitude.
Quest'anno uno dei miei obiettivi è di aggiungere alla mia routine mattinale, la gratitudine.
This year one of my goals is to add to my morning routine , gratitude.
Dopo essermi svegliato voglio scrivere per 3 minuti tutte le cose di cui sono grato così da cominciare la giornata nel modo migliore e più positivo.
After I wake up I want to write for three minutes all the things that I am grateful for to start the day in a better and more positive way.
Se già lo state facendo siete grandi! Se ancora non fate questa cosa, vi consiglio assolutamente di provare a farlo per almeno un mese!
If you already are doing it great! If you do not do this thing, I absolutely recommend trying to do so for at least a month!
Dopo esserci svegliati, scriviamo le cose per cui siamo grati e vediamo insieme come questo può migliorare la nostra vita.
After we wake up, we write the things for which we are grateful and let's see how this can improve our lives.
A volte diamo per scontato (crediamo ovvie, non apprezziamo) cose semplici come poter bere acqua pulita, avere un letto in cui dormire, avere persone che ci vogliono bene, vivere in un paese libero in cui si può usare Internet, poter esprimere le nostre idee, essere in salute ecc...
Sometimes we take for granted , simple things like being able to drink clean water, having a bed to sleep in, having people who love us, living in a free country where we can use the Internet to express our ideas, be healthy, etc. ...
Queste cose erano molto diverse solo 100 anni fa e in molti paesi lo sono ancora!
These things were very different just 100 years ago and in many countries still are!
Non dobbiamo mai dimenticare che siamo tutti fortunati in un modo o nell'altro.
We must never forget that we all are lucky in a way or the other.
